By accessing or using Nivaas ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, property managers, and any other parties who interact with the Platform.
Nivaas provides a web-based hostel and student housing management platform that includes tools for resident management, room inventory and occupancy tracking, billing and invoicing, maintenance scheduling, and operational analytics. The Platform is offered on a subscription basis with a free trial period for new users.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

The Platform, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by Nivaas and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform ("Your Data"). Nivaas claims no ownership over Your Data. You grant us a license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nivaas does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of revenue.
Either party may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and Your Data will be deleted within 30 days unless required otherwise by law. We recommend exporting your data before terminating.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
