Nivaas is a hostel and paying guest management platform that provides tools for property management, resident tracking, billing, and online listings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not share your account with others
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Nivaas require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees on time
- Understand that fees are non-refundable unless stated
- That we may change pricing with 30 days notice
- That we may suspend service for non-payment
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Nivaas. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this data as necessary to provide the service. We will not use your content for purposes other than operating and improving the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
